1. Do you have to indicate your real name and surname during the registration process?

If you lie when indicating your personal information you will cheat only yourself. The PairIQ.com site is designed to find that only one for harmonious and life long relationships. So this search will be effective only if you answer really sincerely to the given questions when filling in the form. Other members will see only your name (your surname is not shown) , so don’t worry about the confidentiality of your personal information.

2. What should I do if because of some unexpected circumstances it wasn’t able to complete my registration? Is there a possibility to continue my registration?

Enter your user name and password, which you indicated during your registration process into the fields that are on the top right corner of PairIQ.com site and click on the button ‘Log in’. As soon as you do this you will be automatically transferred to the stage where you can continue your registration.

3. Even though I enter the correct username and password I can’t connect to my profile. What should I do?

Mind that capital and lower case letters are recognized as different symbols, so you must enter your user name and password exactly as you indicated during the registration process. If your are still not able to log in write us to info@pairiq.com an we will help you as soon as possible.

4. How to add a photo to my profile?

You can add new photos by choosing the option ‘My profile’ -> ‘My Pictures’ from the user menu. Then, you will see all previously added photos and will be able to add some new. You can upload up to 10 photos to your profile if you are a Simple Member and up to 20 photos if you are a Golden Member. To upload a photo click on the button “Ad Photo” . Then click on the button ‘Browse’ and from your computer choose a photo to upload . Then click on the button ‘Upload Photo’ and the photo will be added to your profile. Your photo file must be under 2MB and be of JPG, GIF or PNG type to upload properly. Dimensions of the photo should not be bigger than 4000x3000 pixels.

5. Why do I fail to upload a photo to my profile?

There may appear such problem if the photo file is larger than 2MB or not in JPEG, GIF or PNG format. Try to resize your photos into smaller files. If you still can’t upload your photos send them together with your username to info@pairiq.com and we will add them to your profile.

6. Why was my profile photo removed?

Your photo could be removed, because it contradicted the rules of PairIQ.com which you accepted during the registration process.

Requirements for your photo:
a. not smaller than 100 x 100 pixels
b. must be in JPEG format and not larger than 2 MB.
c. must be a vertical view photo
d. your face must be visible
e. good quality
f. can’t upload photos with copyrights reserved
g. can’t upload porno or other photos which may cause offence.
h. can’t upload photos with children younger than 7 years old
i. can’t upload photos where your face is not visible
j. can’t upload photos that don’t belong to you

7. How can I start communicating with the compatible member I liked?

In the list of your compatible members click on the one you liked. After carefully reading his/her profile you can start communication in two ways: using the ‘Communication guide’ or by writing him/her a letter without the help of guided communication.

The ‘Communication guide’ helps you in the process of communication and allows you to know the person better before start exchanging letters with him/her. It consists of three stages:
1. You choose several questions you like from the long list and send them to the member you are interested in. He/her reads them and sends you back his/her answers. He/she can also add some questions for you.
2. You send your answers and feature descriptions you expect your partner to have and also features you would prefer him/her not to have. That member reads them and gives you the list of his/her features.
3. You send some open questions which the member of your list answers and also sends some open questions to you.

After the third stage you can freely exchange letters. The main advantage of this ‘Communication guide’ is that in every stage you have a possibility to find out if the candidate meets your expectations. If in the process you exchange information you understand that serious relationship is hardly possible, you can choose to close communication at every stage.

If you find this way of getting acquainted rather lengthy or simply not acceptable you can at any time choose the option ‘Write the first letter’ which is on the left side of the profile. As soon as you do this you can send your first letter to the member you are interested in.

8. How to update my profile information?

If you want to upload your profile you should firstly log into your PairIQ.com account. From the menu on the left choose the option ‘My profile’ -> ‘My Details’. Then, there will appear a form where you can edit your profile information. In the same form there will be a field where you have to repeat your registration password. After doing this click ’Update’. Compatible members that were on your list before you made changes to your profile will remain, but new compatible members will be selected according the renewed information of your profile.

9. What is couple compatibility?

Couple compatibility is a combination of the best features a man and a woman own and which helps them to communicate and collaborate. Therefore, the compatibility of a couple depends on lots of factors.

In a harmonious couple a man and a woman complement each other in the fields of temperament, activeness and sexuality. They also have similar aims of life, match in their attitude towards family, educating and taking care of children . However, couple compatibility doesn’t occur by itself. Some achieve compatibility quite easy while others find it rather difficult.

11. Does the compatibility system evaluates only similarities or also takes into account the attraction of opposites?

PairIQ.com takes into account both the similarities and the attraction of opposites, because for a successful relationship it is not enough to be only compatible in the most important fields of life. Two people must complement each other and this means that one of the couple should have something more or something less as a personality to complement his/her partner or to be complemented himself/herself. All these factors are evaluated and only then the compatibility percentage is set.

12. I have received a message about the compatible match , but the last time he/she logged into his account was five months ago. Would there be any point in writing him/her?

We wouldn’t recommend you to draw conclusions about the seriousness of member intentions from the date he/she last time logged into his account. People are very different and not all of them get long lists of compatible members. For example, if a man gets only a few offers and if he is not successful to start communication with them it is really possible that such a member won’t log into his account for a period of time. However, if you write him he will be send a message to his email and he will most probably log into his account to read your letter. So we would recommend you to take every possibility to start communication.

Sometimes you just need little patience and faith and time will solve everything. Few days ago a couple came to us who met each other through PairIQ.com. They came to thank us for helping them to find each other and also to share their happiness as they are getting married in less than a month. When our psychologist asked them to tell their acquaintance story the man told that he was a member of PairIQ.com for a long time. At first, he was offered a few woman candidates, but their communication never grew into serious relationships. So he didn’t log into his account for several months and even forgot about this site until he got a message to his email about a new compatible woman on his list. The letter determined his fate. If a member doesn’t answer your letter in 7 days, in the list of compatible members there will appears the option ‘Send a reminder’ . 13. I was notified about a new compatible member on my list but when I log into my account I can’t see him/her on my list. Where is the problem?

First of all, check if that member didn’t end acquaintance with you. You can do this by choosing the option ‘My Matches’ -> ‘Closed’ from the menu on the left. If after clicking it you found that particular member on the list it means that he has decided to end the communication with you. If he is not on the list it is possible that he has removed his PairIQ.com profile. Don’t worry it is really not your fault. Maybe that person is in a situation which is not favorable for searching his/her soul mate. It is also happens that a person is leaving home for a longer period of time and decides to reject possible matches and not to mislead them knowing that he/she won’t be able to answer their letters. In such situation just try to start communication with other compatible members on your list and we are sure you will find that only one. You only need some patience and you will succeed.

14. How to close the communication with the member I don’t like?

At the bottom of every profile there is a link ‘Want to close this match?’. After clicking on it you will be transferred to the page where you can choose to end that communication and that member will be removed from your list of compatible members.

15. How could I see all the members of PairIQ.com?

After logging to your PairIQ.com account, choose ‘Members Search’ from menu on the left. Then fill in the criteria in the search form and you will see other members. However, have in mind that some members prefer not to be listed in Member Search results, so you won’t see their profiles.

16. Is it possible that one and the same person has two accounts with different names?

We put a lot of efforts that there wouldn’t be such cases as they are against PairIQ.com rules. So if you notice that one and the same person has more than one profile notify us via email info@pairiq.com . We are very thankful for your help and understanding.

17. I have sent questions to one compatible member using the ‘Communication guide’ but he is not answering for a week now ,even though I see that he logs into his account almost every day. Why is that?

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that even compatible members choose not to answer to your letters. We really try to increase the number of members who answer and always send notifications about your sent letters, but the human factor always remains and it is not in our power to affect it. On the other hand, try to look at your profile critically and to think how you could edit it in order to be more interesting for your possible matches. After all, neither you or other members of PairIQ.com are committed to continue acquaintance or to create a family. Any acquaintance is always risky. The compatible member may not like you and you may not like him/her, but it is really possible to raise interest of the possible candidates.

Look through the self-description and description of your match texts you yourself wrote and make sure that it is enough thorough and really reflects your requirements.
